Training at PUSH
At PUSH, we believe strength should fit your life—not the other way around. Whether you’re looking for individualized coaching, the motivation of a small community, or dedicated recovery work, we have an option designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and build confidence in your body.
Individual Training offers completely personalized coaching tailored to your goals, injuries, lifestyle, and experience level.
Semi-Private Training gives you the best of both worlds: individualized programming with the energy, accountability, and affordability of training alongside a few others.
Small Group Training (capped at just six people) combines expert coaching with a supportive community, ensuring you get plenty of individual attention while enjoying the camaraderie of working out together.
Stretch Therapy helps improve mobility, reduce pain and stiffness, enhance recovery, and leave you feeling more at home in your body. It’s an ideal complement to strength training—or a powerful stand-alone service for anyone looking to move with greater ease.
No matter where you’re starting, our goal is the same: to help you build a stronger, more resilient body that supports the life you want to live
Individual Training
One-on-one coaching designed specifically for you, your body, and your goals. Individual training includes customized programming, hands-on coaching, movement education, and continuous supervision to ensure proper form, safety, and progress. Sessions are tailored to your needs whether you’re building strength, recovering from injury, improving mobility, or gaining confidence in the gym.
Semi-Private Training
Semi-private training offers the best of both worlds: individualized programming within a supportive small-group environment of up to three people. Each client follows a personalized program based on their own goals and abilities while benefiting from the energy, accountability, and fun of training alongside others. You still receive close coaching attention, form assessment, and modifications as needed.
Small Group Training
Small group training is designed for up to eight people and combines effective coaching with an energetic community atmosphere. Everyone performs the same workout, but the small class size allows for individualized attention, form correction, and exercise modifications when needed. This option provides access to quality strength and fitness training at a lower price point while still maintaining a high level of coaching and support.
Stretch Therapy
Stretch therapy is assisted stretching performed on a massage table to help improve mobility, reduce tension, and support overall movement quality. Sessions work through lines of tension throughout the body to increase range of motion, improve joint health, and stimulate synovial fluid production. Stretch therapy can help clients move more freely, recover more effectively, and feel better in their everyday lives.
