Come on in and meet your new favorite tormentors. We’re just kidding, of course...kinda.  But we do hope that you laugh and sweat and learn to love us and hate us at the same time!

We believe that workouts should never be a punishment, and pleasure is your birthright! We strive to provide services that make your life bigger! Whether that be a heavy lift in the gym, a pelvic floor workshop, or sex and intimacy coaching.

We worked hard to get the best information we could for this transitional time. And we continue to learn all the time. We sought out other professionals to collaborate with and now work closely with physical therapists, OBs, midwives and counselors to give you the best care possible.

People choose us because of our dedication to education, collaboration and our willingness to meet you where you are. We know that exercise isn’t always fun for everyone so we seek ways to bring fun through humor and building community. We strive to make every person who walks through our doors feel welcome

Meet Cara!

I’m the owner of PUSH, and my mission is simple: help people feel stronger, move better, and finally feel at home in their bodies.

I specialize in pelvic floor health, mobility training, menopause support, strength training, and stretch therapy. My approach combines evidence-based training with real-life experience, because I know that bodies are complicated, seasons of life change, and fitness should support you through all of it—not punish you for it.

Strength training is my first love, but my newest obsession is pole dancing. It has reminded me that movement can be powerful, playful, challenging, and deeply empowering all at the same time.

At PUSH, I offer more than workouts. Whether we’re lifting weights, improving mobility, working through pelvic floor concerns, navigating menopause, or doing stretch therapy, my goal is to help you build a relationship with your body that feels grounded, capable, and sustainable.

I’m also always up for a conversation about body liberation, unlearning the messages we’ve been taught about how we’re “supposed” to look, and—let’s be honest—smashing the patriarchy along the way.

If you’re looking for a coach who believes fitness should make you feel more powerful, not smaller, you’re in the right place.

Meet Meli!

If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I genuinely love helping people get stronger—and I probably love being in the gym just as much as you might learn to.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with nine years of experience working in physical therapy, so I’m passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and build strength that lasts. Whether you’re just getting started or looking to level up your training, I’m here to make fitness approachable, effective, and maybe even a little fun.

Before fitness became my career, I spent five years serving in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Food Service Specialist. I’m originally from Alabama and earned my bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Southern Mississippi. Along the way, I’ve called New Orleans, California, and Honolulu (three different times!) home, and each place has added to my love of adventure and meeting new people.

When I’m off the clock, you’ll usually find me lifting weights, hiking, kayaking, or chasing any excuse to be outside. But don’t let that fool you—I fully believe recovery is important, which is why I’m also a world-class couch potato with zero shame about binge-watching a good show.

I can’t wait to meet you, cheer you on, and help you discover just how capable your body really is.

Meet Danielle!

My path to becoming a trainer wasn’t exactly traditional, and I think that’s what makes me such a relatable coach.

Before stepping into the fitness world, I worked in graphic design before taking time away from my career to be a stay-at-home mom. Along the way, I also spent time playing roller derby, where I discovered just how incredible—and demanding—the human body can be.

After having my kids, I became much more aware of the importance of pelvic floor health and how much it impacts everyday life. Like so many people, I realized there was a lot no one had ever taught me.

Finding PUSH was a turning point. For the first time, I truly felt at home in my body. I grew stronger, more confident, and learned to appreciate what my body could do instead of focusing on what it looked like. That experience inspired me to become a trainer so I could help other people discover that same feeling.

Now you’ll find me coaching at PUSH, cheering clients on, celebrating every win (big or small), and helping people build strength that supports them both inside and outside the gym.

I can’t wait to be part of your journey!
